What to expect during your Pass Classic migration:
We are expecting this to take a few days once your migration is started, but it depends on the number of galleries and photos we are moving. We will give you updates so that you are always in the loop.
Once your migration is complete, we will confirm with you and request that you review your account.
Once you have reviewed, we will enable the migration campaign for your clients. This let’s your clients know where their new gallery links can be found. It will also offer them whatever discount you requested so that you can start generating more print profit!
All of your galleries will be migrated into PASS+ using the Classic Migration template.
All of your galleries will be set to private.
Any Classic galleries that do not have a default client(s) set, will be set to the photographers PASS+ account email. To notify your clients of the new location of their gallery, you will need to modify this to the clients email and send the notifying email to your client.
If you have manually uploaded any galleries that are in your PASS Classic into PASS+ you will see the gallery twice in your PASS+ account.
While the upload portion of the migration of your Classic galleries in process, you may temporarily experience a delay when attempting to create or upload a new gallery.
Some cover photos from PASS Classic do not migrate to PASS Plus and a different cover photo is selected. You can change this after the migration is complete, but be aware some cover photos might not be the same after the migration.
